Administrative and Financial Manager - Valladolid

Nors Group continues to grow and we are now looking for an Administrative and Financial Manager for one of our companies in Spain.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the financial, accounting, and tax planning and control of the company, taking part in the preparation and reporting of the annual budget and ensuring the reliability and compliance with legal standards;
  • Prepare the company's annual accounts, providing the balance sheet, income statement, cash flows, and management report for various purposes, such as auditing sessions;
  • Produce monthly management reports to support the company's payroll processing and financial and accounting control of the Group;
  • Manage treasury functions, such as managing client accounts and contracting financial products and insurance, monitoring bank account activity, and tax payments;
  • Support and manage non-business suppliers;
  • Identify and support the implementation of tax optimization opportunities;
  • Produce and organize different sources of information to support the CEO in decision-making;
  • Ensure alignment of processes with different areas of the Group, particularly the corporate center.

 

Requirements:

  • University education in Economics, Management, or Accounting;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial area;
  • Preferably, previous experience in management control or auditing;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Analytical ability and result orientation;
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
