We are looking for a Parts Manager to join our Parts team in Winnipeg, MB.
Salary Range
- $90,000.00 - $97,000.00 annually
What's the challenge?
As the Parts Manager, you’ll play an integral role in managing the day‐to‐day operation of the parts department in compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety program. Working with the branch manager, you play a key role in attaining the company’s short and long‐term objectives. As part of the leadership team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.

- Tech savvy. You will be comfortable with learning new software and have strong Excel and Word skills.
- Financial Knowledge. You apply financial management principles to ensure decisions are fiscally sound and responsible. You have experience with full-cycle financial management from budgeting to monthly and quarterly analysis and the ability to make decisions to stay on track.
Experience Required:
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficient with computer systems and data analysis
- Knowledge of parts sales, inventory management, and pricing principles
- Understanding of financial reporting and warehouse operations
- Solid industry product knowledge
- 10+ years in equipment parts sales (asset)
Education Required:
- Certification or degree in a related field (e.g., Parts/Warehousing Red Seal, Business), or equivalent experience
