We are looking for a Workshop Manager to join our Aftersales team in Windhoek.
What's the challenge?
- Manage daily customer communication on vehicles booked.
- Manage workshop service and workflow planning.
- Manage workshop Work In Progress and provide management with reports.
- Manage the Warranty system and handling of Campaigns.
- Maintain alignment with VSA and UDSA via appropriate and consistent communication channels.
- Verify and update VOSP progress.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 5 years of professional experience in similar functions.
- Proven technical knowledge with hands-on experience.
- Grade 12 High School Degree and Level 3 Qualification in Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrician.
- Good team coordination skills.
- Autonomous and dynamic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
