We are looking for a Workshop Manager to join our Aftersales team in Windhoek.

What's the challenge?

  • Manage daily customer communication on vehicles booked.
  • Manage workshop service and workflow planning.
  • Manage workshop Work In Progress and provide management with reports.
  • Manage the Warranty system and handling of Campaigns.
  • Maintain alignment with VSA and UDSA via appropriate and consistent communication channels.
  • Verify and update VOSP progress.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in similar functions.
  • Proven technical knowledge with hands-on experience.
  • Grade 12 High School Degree and Level 3 Qualification in Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrician.
  • Good team coordination skills.
  • Autonomous and dynamic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
