We are hiring a Service Advisor, in the segment Trucks and Buses, for Windoek, Namibia.

What's the challenge?

Guarantee best possible service to the customer;
Perform weekly vehicle bookings and follow up on bookings;
Open and close of job cards timeously;
Execute customer follow-up and customer communicate on vehicle status in the workshop;
Communicate extra repairs to customers;
Book invoices into the system and on customer job cards;
Issue orders for sublets.

What do we expect from you?

Grade 12 – with a pass in English;
At least 3 years of professional experience in similar functions;
Technical knowledge of the Company’s products (Volvo, UD), would be an advantage;
Good command of Microsoft Office;
Responsible, autonomous, dynamic and organized;
Customer-oriented with ability to communicate with customers effectively;
Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details;
Able to be on 24-hour standby for breakdown support every second week
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
