We are looking for a Parts Manager to join our Parts team in Windhoek.

What's the challenge?

  • Manage internal (workshop) and external (counter) parts sales according to company strategy.
  • Achieve parts sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service levels and long-term retention.
  • Coordinate customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and control invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage creditors and debtors’ reconciliation and follow up on outstanding payments, and report receivables.
  • Provide quotations, pricing recommendations, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer demand to optimize parts availability and pricing.
  • Ensure customers are informed when parts are received and coordinate collections or deliveries.

What do we expect from you?

  • Grade 12 - with a pass in English.
  • Tertiary Level qualification, in Business Management and/or Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Parts sales or Commercial roles.
  • Valid driver’s licence (Code B) with a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Commercially and business focused, target-driven with “go-getter” initiator skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
