We are looking for a Mechanic to join our After Sales team in Windhoek.

What's the challenge?

 

 

  • Deliver high‑quality repair and maintenance services, including fault‑finding, troubleshooting, repairs, and scheduled maintenance as instructed by the Workshop Manager and/or Workshop Foreman.
  • Analyse, interpret, and evaluate service repairs to determine the correct repair approach.
  • Perform mechanical (technical) overhauls and major repairs, ensuring excellent execution quality and adherence to procedures and OEM standards.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge and hands‑on experience to diagnose and repair breakdowns effectively.
  • Conduct road tests when required to verify repair quality and vehicle performance.
  • Travel within Namibia and to the workshop to attend to breakdowns and roadside assistance as required by our OEM and service protocols.

 

What do we expect from you?

  • Grade 12 High School Certificate and Level 3 Qualification in Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrical Qualification.
  • At least 5 years of proven technical knowledge with hands-on experience.
  • Knowledge of mechanical & electronic issues and diagnosis.
  • Aptitude for manual work.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Responsible, autonomous, dynamic and organized.
