We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our commercial team in Windhoek.

What's the challenge?

·       Coordinate all business activities of the company;

·       Manage Salesman / Sales Technician;

·       Guide the activities of the sales team;

·       Close sales deals with customers;

·       Presentation of commercial proposals and negotiation with clients;

·       Ensure the delivery of the equipment in perfect conditions;

·       Prospecting customers and identifying market needs;

What do we expect from you?

  • Degree in Management or Marketing (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the commercial area.
  • In-depth knowledge of Trucks;
  • Excellent communication and argumentation skills;
  • Strong customer orientation;
  • High sense of responsibility and organization;
  • Orientation to results, dynamism and proactivity;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Able to work in an interpersonal environment and keen to work with a team.
