We are looking for a Workshop Foreman to join our Ater-Sales  team in Walvis Bays.

What’s the challenge?

We count on your application to:

  • Ensure prompt attention to all customer needs

  • Provide maintenance and service guidance to Mechanics and Workshop Assistants

  • Organize, plan, and allocate the daily workload

  • Ensure workflow is maintained

  • Perform quality checks after service and repair jobs

  • Assist with vehicle diagnostics when needed

  • Ensure service hours booked align with service log requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • Level 3 Qualification in Diesel Mechanics or Auto Electrics

  • Grade 12 with a pass in English

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with proven technical knowledge

  • Valid driver’s license (code C1) and a good driving record

  • Aptitude for manual work

  • Strong technical knowledge of the company’s products

  • Responsible, autonomous, dynamic, and organized

  • Customer-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with clients

  • Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
