We are looking for a Parts Salesman to join our Parts department team in Walvis Bay.
What's the challenge?
- Ensure internal workshop sales and external sales in the defined areas.
- Assist customers in finding the required parts.
- Perform routine customer visits with a detailed call report.
- Propose and manage innovative solutions to maintain business when dealing with parts supply challenges.
- Successfully manage client dissatisfaction and resolve conflicts.
- Comply with the guidelines of Company in order to ensure the completion of the parts sales business.
- Ensure the acquisition of new Customers and promote the competitiveness of the business.
- Ensure the management and monitoring of the Customer portfolio, by analyzing the Customer purchase history.
What do we expect from you?
- 3 years of professional experience in Sales. Preferably Parts Sales
- Grade 12 - with a pass in English;
- Tertiary Level qualifications in Business Management and/or Marketing will be an added advantage;
- Valid driver’s license (Code B) with a good driving record;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Dynamic and organized;
- Commercially and business focused, target-driven with “go-getter” initiator skills;
- Strong selling skills, a positive attitude and great personal drive;
- Intermediary knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
