We are looking for a Parts Specialist to join our NAEPD team!

As our Madill Product Specialist, you’ll play an integral role in providing deep product support knowledge and frontline training for employees across the Madill product line. You will contribute directly to company goals of growth, market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?

  • “Service First”. You provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers with intelligent, timely solutions.
  • Safety Minded. You follow all company policies and procedures and promote a safe, positive, collaborative workplace.
  • Product Expertise. You bring strong technical knowledge to support technicians, parts personnel, and customers. You will train employees, cross-reference parts, and assist with warranty inquiries.
  • Planning & Insight. You assist the Parts Supervisor in forecasting, stock level planning, identifying customer issues, and uncovering business opportunities.
  • Promotion & Program Support. You promote Madill repair programs, maintenance packages, and consumable parts offerings.
  • Adaptability & Professionalism. You participate in planning meetings, address pricing and market issues, maintain records, and support routine and ad hoc projects.
  • Team Collaboration. You drive alignment, share knowledge, and promote Nors values in everything you do.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years practical related experience in Madill parts sales
  • 2+ years experience in heavy equipment or related industry
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Strong computer and systems skills
  • Strong technical background supporting communication with technicians, parts personnel, and customers
