We are looking for a Service Writer to join our Service team in Vernon, BC.  

Salary Range

  • $54,000.00 - $74,000.00 annually, based on experience

This position will be based out of our Vernon Head Office, BC branch, providing service support for Vernon, BC, Winnipeg, MB, and the Metso division across Western Canada.

As our Service Writer, you’ll play an integral role in assisting the Service Departments with customer service needs, opening and closing work orders, and providing administrative support to the service departments including clocking time, warranty, operational flow and billing.

  • Great Communicator.  You are diligent about keeping open lines of communication with both the service and parts department when it comes to work orders and billing.  You also keep customers informed and leverage insights to identify business opportunities and strategies
  • Tech savvy.  You will be comfortable with learning new software, and you’ll also have the ability to communicate with technicians and customers regarding parts and service.
