As our Shipper/Receiver, you’ll play an integral role in shipping and receiving of parts to customers in a timely and accurate manner.   In addition, you coordinate all incoming and outgoing parts orders and transfers.  As Shipper/Receiver, you are also responsible for ensuring a clean, organized and safe warehouse.

You’re going to learn – a lot!  You will be supported and mentored by some of the best Parts people in the business.  If you are thinking about a career as a Certified Partsperson, this is the job for you.  You’ll have exposure to the job and if you have a can-do attitude you may have an opportunity to enroll in our Apprentice Program.

Organize, Organize, Organize! You will have a great memory but won’t overlook writing down important information to help you remember later.  You will need to be able to recognize and record part numbers, customer names and shipping instructions throughout the day – attention to detail is super important.  The more organized you are, the easier it will be to remember, sort, receive and ship the correct items in the right way.

Motivation.  You’ll catch on to the jobs and routines quickly and you’ll jump in to safely complete jobs thoroughly, and in a timely manner with minimum supervision.  You’ll stay busy all day – and notice how time flies!

Stamina.  This will be a physical job with heavy lifting and carrying, and you may work in hot, cold, wet, dusty or greasy environments.  The pace can be fast, the hours can be long during busy cycles and you may also need to work occasional overtime.  You will also realize that you need to recharge regularly – we insist that you take your vacation time!
