We are looking for a Treasury, Credit and Collections Manager to join our Shared Services Center in Oporto.

What's the challenge?

  • Manage treasury operations to ensure the effective implementation of the Nors’ financial strategy and compliance with established policies and objectives;
  • Support the finance department in decisions related to financing, debt management, and the control of foreign exchange and interest rate risks;
  • Manage the Nors’ credit risk exposure, ensuring that risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation activities are aligned with internal policies and risk management frameworks;
  • Lead, guide and develop a global team, promoting motivation, training, and performance management;
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls;
  • Monitor performance indicators (SLAs and KPIs);
  • Support internal and external audits and participate in continuous improvement projects;
  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement: lead process standardization, simplification and harmonization across geographies; identify and implement automation opportunities.

What do we expect from you?

  • Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or related fields;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within multinational environments or Shared Services Centers;
  • Experience in process improvement and automation;
  • SAP experience is a plus;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement;
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and drive positive organizational transformation;
  • Fluency in English.
