We are looking for a Tax Specialist to join our Tax team in Shared Services on a maternity leave cover. 

What's the challenge?

  • Ensure compliance with tax obligations across all Nors Group entities;

  • Act as the main point of contact with tax authorities;

  • Provide expert tax advice and review contracts to ensure tax compliance;

  • Identify opportunities for tax optimization;

  • Monitor and analyze tax legislation and updates in the countries where Nors operates;

  • Organize and deliver tax-related training to internal teams.

What do we expect from you?

  • Degree in Law, Economics, or Management;

  • Specialization in Taxation;

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy or shared services environment; 

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;

  • Strong business and client-oriented mindset;

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
