We are looking for a RPA Specialist to join our team in Porto.

What's the challenge?

  • Identify and analyze business processes with automation potential, in collaboration with business teams;
  • Document process flows and functional requirements (PDDs and basic technical documentation);
  • Develop and maintain automations in UiPath Studio (or Studio Web), following best practices and defined standards;
  • Manage and monitor robots in UiPath Orchestrator — including schedules, queues, exceptions, and reports;
  • Ensure the technical and functional maintenance of RPA machines and tools;
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents in production automations;
  • Support automation portfolio management and propose continuous improvements.

What do we expect from you?

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or an equivalent technology-related field;
  • Proven experience in UiPath development (minimum 1 year);
  • Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator (robot, queue, and schedule management);
  • Knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel, APIs, or basic integrations is a plus;
  • Strong process analysis and business flow understanding skills;
  • Good communication and ability to interact effectively with non-technical teams;
  • Organized, autonomous, and proactive profile;
  • Fluency in English.
