We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Global Information Systems Department in Porto. 

What's the challenge?

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of medium to high complexity technology and systems projects;
  • Plan, execute, monitor, control, and deliver projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, quality, and strategic objectives;
  • Define project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and success KPIs;
  • Coordinate cross-functional, multidisciplinary internal teams and international external partners;
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams, functional areas, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication;
  • Lead application and functional projects, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into high-quality deliverables;
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes;
  • Ensure regular stakeholder communication and preparation of progress and status reports;
  • Guarantee the quality of deliverables and adherence to best practices and project management methodologies;
  • Support change management processes and the adoption of implemented solutions.

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or a related area;
  • 4–5+ years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments;
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, particularly application, ERP, or systems implementation projects;
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum);
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and priority management skills;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
  • Strong ability to interact with both business and technology stakeholders;
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence or Trello;
  • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written);
  • Availability to travel.
