We are looking for a Procurement Technician to join our Shared Service Center Team in Porto.

What's the challenge?

  • Identify and prospect non-core suppliers for all Group companies;
  • Negotiate major non-core purchasing categories, including the preparation of tender specifications (terms of reference) when required;
  • Prepare, clarify, and keep supplier contracts updated;
  • Monitor and control the quality of services provided by suppliers;
  • Prepare and send monthly cost control reports;
  • Negotiate with suppliers to present new proposals based on internal client needs;
  • Ensure the correct registration of documents and support the acceleration of the invoicing process;
  • Maintain and update the product catalog.

What do we expect from you?

  • Academic background in Management, Economics, or a related field;
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience in similar roles;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of SAP is valued;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive approach to supplier and process management;
  • Customer-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure;
  • Working knowledge of English.
