We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our HR Corporate team in Porto.
What's the challenge?
- Manage the full-cycle of the talent acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
- Act as a focal point, supporting employees and managers throughout their journey with us, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment;
- Ensure onboarding processes for new employees and contribute to the implementation of a global onboarding policy;
- Participate in talent attraction initiatives, including university events and job fairs, to establish contact with young talent;
- Support the implementation of the annual training plan, promoting the continuous learning of our employees;
- Analyze HR data and metrics to track trends, measure the effectiveness of initiatives, and optimize HR strategies.
What do we expect from you?
- Academic background in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas;
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactivity, dynamism and problem-solving orientation, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience as a key user in HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors.
