We are hiring a Junior HR Business Partner to join our Corporate People Team in Porto.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Act as focal point, supporting employees and managers throughout their journey with us, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment;
  • Ensure onboarding processes for new employees and contribute to the implementation of a global onboarding policy;
  • Participate in talent attraction initiatives, including university events and job fairs, to establish contact with young talent.
  • Identify training needs and assist in executing employee development plans to promote continuous learning and career growth;
  • Support the creation and improvement of HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to track trends, measure the effectiveness of initiatives, and optimize HR strategies.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Academic background in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactivity, dynamism and problem-solving orientation, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement;
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience as a key user in HR platforms, especially SuccessFactors, is preferred;
