We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR Corporate team in Porto. 

What's the challenge?

  • Manage the full-cycle of the talent acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Act as a focal point, supporting employees and managers throughout their journey with us, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment;
  • Ensure onboarding processes for new employees and contribute to the implementation of a global onboarding policy;
  • Participate in talent attraction initiatives, including university events and job fairs, to establish contact with young talent;
  • Support the implementation of the annual training plan, promoting the continuous learning of our employees;
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to track trends, measure the effectiveness of initiatives, and optimize HR strategies.

What do we expect from you?

  • Academic background in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas;
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactivity, dynamism and problem-solving orientation, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Experience as a key user in HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors.
