We are looking for a Communication Specialist to join our Corporate Communication Team in Porto.
What's the challenge?
- Develop, execute, and monitor external communication plans aligned with the organization’s vision and objectives;
- Act as the main point of contact for external PR agencies/partners, ensuring strategic alignment, quality, and consistency of deliverables;
- Produce content such as press releases, speeches, newsletters, video scripts, and digital content, with a strong focus on storytelling;
- Support the definition of responsibilities, workflows, and outputs for the Crisis Committee to ensure an effective response in crisis situations;
- Optimize digital content across website, social media, and e-commerce channels, maintaining brand voice consistency and a performance-oriented approach;
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee corporate events and local activations, ensuring alignment with the communication strategy and a consistent brand experience that reflects the organization’s positioning and values;
- Track communication KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., AVE, digital traffic, engagement) to drive continuous improvement.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields;
- 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Communication, PR, or similar roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment;
- Proven experience in developing and executing corporate communication strategies, PR & media relations, and brand activation initiatives; knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms is a plus;
- Excellent writing skills and strong ability to engage with stakeholders across multiple channels;
- Highly autonomous with strong organizational and priority management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set deadlines, and prioritize effectively;
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
