We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Technician to join our Porto Shared Services. 

What's the challenge?

  • Ensure the contact with external customers to settle debts and reconcile current accounts;
  • Analyse and allocate customer receipts;
  • Provide clarifications related to customers' current accounts;
  • Prepare and deliver reports on supplier responsibilities to internal customers and financial team;
  • Controlle the automatic processes implemented (direct debit, reminders, and cash invoice boxes).

What do we expect from you?

  • Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting or related areas;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Experience with SAP is highly valued;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
  • Proactive, well-organized, and responsible;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
