We are looking for a Territory Manager to join our Sales team in Kitchener.
SUMMARY:
Territory Managers oversee multiple customers in a certain geographical area. They often work with different departments within the company to help increase sales of new and used construction equipment. Assist with customer relations and help address customer needs.
Expected Salary range (gross/annual)
$40,000.00 base pay, plus commission.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell Nors products to increase the sales for business.
Identify and cultivate existing and new relationships with potential customers through site visits and cold calls.
Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts on a timely basis within their respective territory.
Gathering trade appraisal information to ensure proper evaluation of customer trade-ins based on market conditions and resale value.
Preparing initial costing sheets before new deals to ensure proper/accurate pricing based on customer needs, inventory levels, equipment availability, and in comparison to competitor pricing.
Facilitate the accurate smooth completion of deals as liaison with customer.
Assist with RFQs/RFPs to ensure customer needs are met with respect to their required equipment and their service/parts needs.
Update client information in CRM to ensure smooth communication between the customer all departments within the company.
Follow up on shipments (sales/deliveries) and clients to make sure equipment are received in a timely manner.
Develop relationships with clients for future sales and services

Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant work experience in sales;
