We are looking for a Service Manager to join our Service team in Acheson, Alberta

As our Service Manager, you’ll play an integral role in managing the day‐to‐day operation of the service department in compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety program.  Working with the branch manager, you play a key role in attaining the company’s short and long‐term objectives. As part of the leadership team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.

  • Certification.  You have done the hard work and training required to earn certification as a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician. OR, you have equivalent education and experience to enable you to communicate with heavy equipment technicians, customers, and OEM resources. You’re ready to apply all that you have learned to make Nors Construction Equipment Canada your customers’ first choice.

  • Tech savvy.  You will be comfortable with learning new software and have strong computer skills.
  • Financial Knowledge. You apply financial management principles to ensure decisions are fiscally sound and responsible.  You have experience with full-cycle financial management from budgeting to monthly and quarterly analysis and the ability to make decisions to stay on track.
