We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our sales team in Edmonton.

Summary :

As the Sales Administrator, Crane, and Material Handling, you play an integral role in supporting the daily operations of our Crane Sales Department and launch your career in the Crane Industry. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of equipment administrative related processes, maintaining accurate records, data entry and support for Crane Branch locations. This role involves collaboration with the Inside Sales Coordinator, Crane TMs, Crane Operations staff and various department staff as needed.

The Sales Intern Crane position is intended to facilitate the entry into the Nors Crane business with a career path that can lead to a multitude of roles within the Nors Crane Business.

 

Position Outline:

· Manage equipment fleet / equipment rental insurance.

· Assist with generating quotations, reports, invoices and other documentation

· Maintain inventory records and monitor equipment status.

· Rental and Sales support

· Consignment, Used Equipment Inventory support.

· Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

· Cross training with other employees to aid, coverage and relief as required.

Experience Required:

· Proficient with computer knowledge using various applications including database, spreadsheets, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient at dealing with problem solving involving multiple variables and proactively addressing possible issues or problems.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.

· Attention to accuracy and detail.

 

Education Required:

· High school diploma, Post secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
